Back in November we ran our first Innovation Lab with the Department for Education hosted by e-Synergy.
We were super excited to work with the DfE as they had made it clear just how important diversifying their workforce was.
Our cohort of diverse talent had the opportunity to work on a real problem helping the DfE to innovate around how to help teachers find more relevant roles. What insued was an explosion of creative and innovative ideas. The outcome of which was 2 of our teams going back to the DfE HQ in Westminster to pitch their wining ideas to senior leadership.
